What's your Chevrolet? - The key objective was to cleanse existing records and update profiles, thus empowering the marketing team to deliver more personalized, targeted and relevant communications to each subscriber.

As the name suggests, the context of the quiz was to encourage subscribers to choose the Chevrolet model that’s right for them. Questions where themed around lifestyle, flexibility, value for money and EPD (estimated purchase date). Each question was scored and upon completion, the user was presented with the Chevrolet model that best suits their lifestyle and budget.

904 subscribers updated their profiles out of a total of 11,642 . This represents a 8% response rate for the re-qualification campaign.
